*Guests must wear a face mask at all times for the complete duration of their visit.
*You may keep your cell phone and personal belongings on you, with you, or near you.

No Waiting Room
We aren't allowed a waiting room at this time. You can wait outside of the studio, as long as, you keep a 6-foot distance from the studio entrance and other people. Otherwise, you are welcome to wait in your car until 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
*At this time we offer some snacks and teas, which you can enjoy outside while your color processes.
Other Things I Am Doing To Ensure Your Safety:
*As your stylist, I have been fully vaccinated. But I will still be wearing a mask for the duration of your visit, out of respect for you, in the event you have not been vaccinated.
*The entire space is cleaned with a hospital-grade fogger between each client.
*All surfaces are sanitized and disinfected frequently and between guests.
*I am practicing frequent hand washing, as well as, wearing gloves, and the use of hand sanitizer.
*I have an air filtration system that absorbs bacterial and viral microbes up to the .3 micron level.
*All implements (scissors, shears, combs, brushes, etc) are sanitized and disinfected before use on a new client.
*All capes and towels are laundered appropriately for sanitation and disinfection.
*I have a small studio, so your appointment will be private - that means no one else in the studio with you at the time of your services.
24 hour's notice is required for cancelling, rescheduling, or changing services. If you cancel/reschedule/change with less than 24 hour's notice, a fee of $25 per service will be required before booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS or NO-SHOWS:
Because we value your time and ours. We ensure we are on time for every appointment, but we can only do that if YOU are on time to yours. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or alter your services to accommodate timing. If you are running late, always text or call.
Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment if you find something you'd like to adjust with your hair so that we may discuss a plan.
We are happy to issue a product exchange within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with a product.
NO REFUNDS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS:
Once the wefts are in your hair they belong fully to you, and we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

CHILDREN & FRIENDS
Our studio space is meant as a relaxing sanctuary, where you can indulge in self-care, and our space is limited. Children and friends are welcome as long as they can hold space for your services, and allow you to be the focus.
F A Q's
What is clean beauty?
At Maiden, Mother, Crone clean beauty means products that are formulated without toxins; no endocrine disruptors, no known carcinogens, no harmful ingredients. This also means that we source products from companies that formulate using sustainably sourced, botanical ingredients, that are organic when possible. Many of the companies we partner with are small batch, local businesses aligned with our eco-conscious best practices.
You mention Divine Feminine - do you do men’s cuts?
Yes. The Divine Feminine is an archetype for female empowerment, but we also do men’s hair. Men can be feminists and allies and support women, and also have great hair.
What is PPD?
PPD is the abbreviation for Para-phenylenediamine. It is a chemical used in permanent hair color. Some individuals can be allergic to this chemical, and as such, shouldn't use conventional hair dyes. If you want to know more please see the PPD-Free Options we offer.
